Ashley Brown, Sosocii

I like to keep busy, I am raising three happy children 5 years and under. I have 3 businesses: Sosocii (virtual assistance and social media management), Sosocii Connect (providing broadband, mobile, energy, merchant services and more) and Thankful Timber (handmade furniture with strong links towards donating to local charities). I am studying a business scholarship and facilitating a local business mums networking group. I also occasionally fill in as a relief teacher. It sure is a lot to juggle but I love it and wouldn’t have it any other way!

Belinda Gill, Better Than Busy

I’m a mum of two and a business efficiencies and productivity strategist for mums in business. I’m passionate about helping mums combat overwhelm and work smarter, so they can enjoy their business and family.

My business combines those passions with my corporate experience and Masters in Business Administration to help mums combat overwhelm by  streamlining and focussing their business.  My point of difference is that I enable mums to pursue their own version of success – a version of success that takes into account her desire to be present with and enjoy her family.

Jay McClure, The Invaluables Group

I started my 1st business as a frustrated mum of 2 young boys who couldn’t find a job that utilised all my skill sets, paid enough, had the right hours or support for young family life. I love working and have always had a passion for small business and helping people in business so it made sense for me to put the 2 together and launch a business services company. I have a virtual assistant business and an admin for tradies business both under the 1 company but different branding / trading names. I’m now a very busy but very happy mum of 2 young boys!

Kimberley Colquhoun, Handy Communication

I am a person who has a passion and drive for constant learning and evolution to assist and support others to become their most autonomous and successful self-possible. This has lead me on a journey to study and work in the fields of childcare, disability, primary teaching and Auslan (Australian sign language)  Handy communication aims to bring together all of my skills, knowledge and experience to both professionals and families and friends to improve communication pathways and learn new skills through teaching key word signs (sign language) and pictures as a tool to assist with behaviour and support curriculum.

Natalie Roberts-Mazzeo, Miracle Mama

I’m Natalie, a Melbourne based Mum and founder of Miracle Mama, an online sanctuary that empowers and inspires mothers with neurodiverse children. Through coaching, community and heart-centred collaborations, my mission is to create a space for women to reconnect with themselves and what is most important to them. I am a passionate writer, speaker and coach. I also have a background in both the corporate and wellness worlds, with experience in Sales & Marketing as well as being a yoga and meditation teacher.

Rachel Golding, Dinner on the Table

I’m Rachel. I’m a recovering academic, and I’d like to cook your dinner. I know that having a good dinner done for you changes your daily life. It frees you up for the things that are important to you, and gives space in the daily juggle.  We cook and deliver made-from-scratch meals designed to feed your household, large or small.

As women, we’re jugglers.  But within the work-life balance rhetoric, we almost never hear the voices of women living with disability.  They juggle too, often with fewer resources and greater challenges.  With your purchase, we gift meals to these vulnerable women and their families.

Shonelle Gleeson-Willey, Moss Environmental

I am a 33-year-old woman and Director of Moss Environmental. I live on a rural property just outside Tamworth NSW. I am mum to two adorable children, Darcy (5) and Acacia (2) and wife to my amazing husband Nick.

At Moss Environmental our vision is to grow a profitable environmental consultancy driven by providing high quality niche market services to industries dealing in construction, mining or site remediation Our clients are often without the internal resources to adequately address environmental issues, therefore one of our objectives is also to educate key staff within these organisations in the fundamentals of ‘must-have’ environmental management.
