Becky Hughes – Baby Sensory Australia and New Zealand

Becky Hughes is the Director and Founder of Baby Sensory Australia and NZ.

Baby Sensory was the first (and original) baby programme to offer a complete approach to learning and sensory development from birth to 13 months. Backed by over 35 years of research, activities have been designed to stimulate, educate and provide precious memories during the all-important first year of life. Baby Sensory aims to be Australia and New Zealand’s most trusted and loved early learning and development activity, empowering parents and enriching the connection with their precious baby through sensory play and education.



Cinzia Cozzolino – The Smoothie Bombs

The Smoothie Bombs are smoothie boosters created by nutritionist mum Cinzia Cozzolino. She came up with the idea when her teenage daughter Lana started skipping breakfast. In an effort to get good food into her family during their busy mornings, Smoothie Bombs were invented. Cinzia combined all the essential ingredients (nuts, seeds, fruit & superfood powders) into balls to give their breakfast smoothies a nutritional boost. The product now helps busy mums around the world change bad habits by providing the right combination of healthy ingredients in a convenient and easy to use way.



Gerda Muller – The Psych Professionals

Gerda Muller is a Clinical Psychologist and founder of three businesses that operate within the mental health industry.

The first is her award-winning group private practice The Psych Professionals, which celebrated its 10-year anniversary in 2017. The Psych Professionals operate across two locations in Brisbane with a team compliment of around 19. The second is an online counselling service called YourPsychOnline.com, which Gerda founded in 2013, in anticipation of the demand for telehealth services within the mental health industry.



Hayley Markham – Code Camp

Hayley Markham is co-founder of Code Camp, an Australian company dedicated to teaching kids how to code and develop computer skills for their future.  Hayley is a mother of three young daughters and is determined to change the future of women in the IT industry.

Code Camp started in 2013 with just 8 children at one Sydney school and in just over four years 35,000 kids have attended a Code Camp at 200 schools across Australia.



Karen Alsop – Story Art

Karen Alsop is an acclaimed award winning Australian photographic digital artist. Expanding on two decades of photographic and graphic design experience, Karen brings photography and art together to create stunning artworks that tell a story and take the viewer into another world.

Specialising in Portrait Art, her digital portraiture captures the personality and character of her subjects by placing them within a visual story highlighting their interests. Karen uses the power of Photoshop to composite multiple captures together, making the impossible possible within her art.



Katie Eckford – Cleanworks Australia

Katie Eckford and her best friend from high school (Kelly Broderick) started Cleanworks Australia together in 2001. Originally starting out as the cleaners themselves to earn income part time whilst they attended university, the company now employs approximately 270 staff and turned over nearly $10,000,000 in 2017. The management staff they now oversee include a General Manager, Operations Managers, Client Directors, Business Development Managers, a Financial Controller and an external Advisory Board. The company’s cleaning staff consist of full time, part time and franchisees. Cleanworks specialise in the cleaning of office buildings, industrial sites, schools and medical centres. Some of their clients include Thiess, St Joseph’s Nudgee College, BP and Queensland XRay. Katie is married and also mother to Lily (5 years old) and Oliver (1 year old). Kelly has a partner but is not married and does not have any children.



Kelly Brown – Little Pieces Photography

Beginning her journey with Little Pieces Photography, Kelly Brown has disrupted the photography industry with her internationally awarded photography and businesses that define her not just as an artist, but as an entrepreneur.

Newborn Posing is the definitive resource for photographers to learn how to pose, photograph and edit for a professional newborn shoot. Kelly’s video tutorials have been loved and learned from worldwide, with customers in over 100 countries and selling over 29,000 products in the last 8 months alone. As a Canon Ambassador and flagged for the new season of Netflix series “Tales by Light” Kelly has been awarded internationally for her work and has earned Double Master of Photography with both the Australian Institute of Professional Photography and Wedding & Portrait Photographers International.



Linda Lewin – elle belle recruitment

Linda has been in the recruitment industry for 18 years. Linda has both a Bachelor of Business (Major in International Business and Information Technology) and a Bachelor of Arts (Major in Japanese). As the founder of elle belle recruitment, Linda combines her specialist industry knowledge, her excellent people skills with her inherent professionalism to ensure that all her clients find their ‘perfect candidate’ and candidates find their ‘perfect job’. elle belle recruitment specialise in the permanent and temporary recruitment of Office Support staff in across all industry sectors.  Linda is a mother of two (aged 7 and 9). She is actively involved with her children’s school and various extracurricular activities and therefore is constantly juggling motherhood with running her business.

Narelle Masters – InSync Physiotherapy & Pilates

Narelle Masters is a proud mother of two and is driven to maintain a happy household and thriving business. After a career as a professional ballet dancer Narelle gained qualifications as a Nutritionist, Pilates Instructor, trainer and examiner. In 2003 Narelle became co-director of InSync Physiotherapy & Pilates, Camberwell. Two children and 15 years later Narelle is dedicated to all parts of her life – family, friends, work and a healthy lifestyle.

Nicole Doherty – Wyngate Care 

A community services leader, working with people with disabilities, aged care, mental health, drug/alcohol misuse, youth/families, and homelessness, as a counsellor, case manager and trainer/assessor, as well as running 3 companies within the Community Services space.

Having lived through sexual abuse, kidnapping, and the resulting mental health and substance misuse issues as a result, Nicole made it her life’s purpose to help others. Her first company, Wyngate Care, provides 30 staff across Melbourne and Geelong working with people in their homes and the community, with high need, complex issues, providing support workers, case managers, counsellors. Training their own staff through Nicole’s other company, D&M Connect.



Rachel Power – Waterfalls Cafe & Gallery 

Rachel Power is the driving force behind Waterfalls Cafe & Gallery Mt Field National Park, Mountain Cafe Maydena, Van Diemen Designs and Great Aussie Photo Tours. Rachel is a respected voice in the Tasmanian tourism industry and driver of change for her community.

Rachel will tell you living and working in a world heritage listed National Park is an absolute dream, her enthusiasm is infectious. Her story is her marketing, the passion and innovation are the reason for her success and explosive visitation growth to ‘her’ Park.
