Danielle Stearman – Nibbly Bits

The talented multi-juggler behind Nibbly Bits is Danielle (Dee) Stearman, a 36 year old mama to gorgeous energetic ball of chaos Max (6) and her too cheeky for words baby girl Bonnie who is almost 1. She is a chatterbox, spontaneous and a master juggler at business and life. Dee is a dreamer who likes to think outside the box and likes to surprise people who underestimate her whenever possible.

Nibbly Bits is an original silicone jewellery company that launched in 2012 out of a one-bedroom inner-city flat, which is now distributed globally to over 1000+ retailers and growing. Nibbly Bits is about keeping mamas looking fabulous whilst being completely practical around their little ones. Gorgeous silicone jewellery pieces that are funky, drool proof, contain no metal elements or nasties and that aid in breastfeeding and teething for little ones. The brand is multi award winning, globally distributed to 50+ countries around the world and is a brand with heart, supporting various charities in fundraising efforts and donations totaling over $50,000+.



Debbie Spellman – Debbie Spellman

I help women own their worth and build their dream business in a way that deeply nourishes who they are as a woman and doesn’t compromise what is most important to them. I do this by shifting their beliefs and mindset around what they believe they are deserving and worthy of receiving. I then guide them in cultivating a powerful personal brand that is uniquely aligned to their personal story, personality and expertise. Lastly I help them develop automated online marketing initiatives which deliver an endless stream of dream clients to their business so they can focus on their zone of genius, serving others.



Emma McNeilly – Expressions Australia

Emma McNeilly is the founder of Expressions Australia and proud mother of 3. She started as a one-woman operation, working with a handful of schools and now, Expressions has grown into a national brand and trusted name in the fundraising industry that has worked on over 18,000 community fundraising projects and has helped raise millions of dollars for schools, childcare centres and community groups in every corner of Australia.

Expressions specialises in printed tea towels, aprons and bags, the most popular featuring children’s hand-drawn portraits. The children’s artwork is compiled to create gorgeous mementos of childhood friends and teachers, which provide a much loved, profitable and sugar-free fundraising option that embraces a real sense of community.



Jessica Symes – Symes Group

Jessica Symes is a Mum, a Wife, an entrepreneur and a business owner. She champions the super human skills that foster creativity, confidence and collaboration. Symes Group is a Leadership and Coaching Consultancy that design and deliver large scale development programs to organisations. Symes Group are in the process of moving from being a serviced based only business to a scalable, productised tech and digital business with a subscription based online platform offering with accompanying products.



Lisa Hayes – All in All Parties & Events

All in All Parties & Events specialises in kids pop up parties and are based in Sydney. They bring tables, chairs and props.  They set up, host, entertain, cater and pack it all down again allowing parents to sit back, relax and enjoy their little ones special day.  All in All Parties & Events has been franchised and currently have 2 franchises operating in Sydney and 1 underway in Geelong.  Lisa Hayes is the Director of All in All.  She lives in Sydney with her 3 children aged 11, 7 and 4 along with her husband Chris.  Lisa and Chris moved to Sydney 10 years ago from London after their son was born.



Paulla Taylor – KySienn Accessories

KySienn was founded by Paulla Taylor who is 44 years old, and is single mum to two beautiful girls aged 12 and 13. KySienn, was created by putting Sienna and Kyra’s name together. KySienn is trademarked and their products are predominantly based on hair accessories for the growing “Dance Industry”. They create every day products, but they add a twist! KySienn, is a Wholesale and Retail business. They service over 50 shops and dance schools all over Australia, as well as their online store, and they are growing every day! It all started with a simple “Hairnet”, which grew into the “Hairnet Lady” and their success today!



Rachelle Harvey – Brave & Fearless

Rachelle Harvey is the designer and creator of Brave & Fearless. An edgy kids clothing label designed for the Rad Little Lad & Hip Little Chick. Cool threads & accessories from newborn to size 8. They also have introduced a new Plastic free Parenting “Zero Waste” range of products such as bamboo straws, bowls and toothbrushes. Wooden cutlery and Beeswax Wraps. Teaching children about the devasting impact of plastic on the earth at a young age is so vital! For the past 12 months they have been working on a huge passion project called the Brave & Fear.Less Superfriends. These are 2 characters Brave Boy & Fear.Less Girl that are Fear Fighting modern worry dolls.



Rebekah Mannering – Northside Family Law

Vicki Simpson – Bubblebubs

Vicki is a mum of 3 whose passion and enthusiasm for cloth nappies is immediately infectious. This passion is the motivation behind her business, Bubblebubs. She strives to create high-quality reusable products, while growing a sustainable, meaningful business. Vicki started her business out of a necessity to save money and has managed to build one of the biggest cloth nappy brands in Australia.
