Antonietta Vittoria Bergamin – Colores Mineral Cosmetics

Colores was created in 2003 by Antonietta Bergamin.  It was the first brand of “Custom Blend” mineral makeup originally launched in Adelaide, and currently promoting in Cairns, Far North Queensland, Australia. Predominately sold online and Pop up Store locations. Antonietta is a mother of three young children who believes that combining family and work can be achieved with the right work life balance.



Bianca Lauaki – Organic Hair Studio Sydney

Bianca is a young mum with 2 kids and has been hairdressing for 12 years

Bianca had managed Salons from 3 staff through to 15 staff for other business owners and whilst on Maternity leave with her first child saw the opportunity to buy an existing business that was in the Organic Hairdressing Industry.

Being aware of chemicals and the repercussions chemicals have on women, children and men Bianca wanted to grow the existing brand and has created what it is today. Building awareness around what chemicals do to our hormones, skin etc is a large passion and so is Organic Living. Bianca is forever preaching to family, friends and anyone who is interested.



Donna Sillett – Macarthur Makeovers

Macarthur Makeovers was established in 2016 by Donna Sillett and is located in a private, boutique home-based salon, nestled in the tranquil Camden suburb of Spring Farm NSW. Macarthur Makeovers prides itself on being a safe & environmentally-friendly and sustainable salon, providing the highest professional quality in service treatments and professional products, (with many products and services exclusive to Macarthur Makeovers in the entire Macarthur region) whilst using Australian Made and certified organic options wherever possible.

Donna has been hairdressing for over 22yrs, and works alongside her beauty therapist sister Sarah. Running a successful salon runs in the family! Donna’s late Grandfather, Earle Godbee, owned and operated his own ladies and men’s hairdressing salon in 1961, so continuing the hairdressing tradition in the family is an honour for Donna, who still keeps her Pop’s hairdressing tools and his old salon pics on display.



Felicity Cahill – DAACK™ Pty Ltd

Felicity is a thirty year old wife and mother of two gorgeous young boys who are both her world and her muse for creating her business DAACK™ . Felicity created DAACK™ with her vision which has not waivered since the very beginning, to empower her clients to feel beautiful so they have the confidence to be the person they want to be. This has been her driving force from the very first day she decided to take her dream and make it her reality.

Her ability to provide makeup as a service, her DAACK™  range as products they can take home and her studio as a learning environment she feels is the complete package of providing her original goal for her business intention to her clients.



Jessica Stuart – Elite Lash Supplies and Training

Jessica is firstly a mum of 4 happy, healthy children from the ages of 10 to 2. Secondly, she is a crazy entrepreneur. Jessica has multiple successful business’s Jessica’s business Elite Lash Supplies & Training has grown from strength to strength in a short time of 17 months. Jessica also runs a Lash and Brow Boutique form home. Jessica’s crazy entrepreneur mindset also has her in the process of setting up a brand to help influence and motivate others to join the business world and create the financial freedom they want as her other business have established well enough in a short period of time with team members to run them without her in them.



Louella Docot – Kiss Ready

Louella Docot is the founder and formulator of Kiss Ready; a range of chia enriched natural skincare products made from mostly plant-based, food-grade and locally-sourced ingredients developed to help nourish the skin and bring unexpected luxury to self-care.

Louella previously worked for the Australian growers of chia seeds. Impressed by the nutritional, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of chia, she completed additional study in natural skincare formulation, aromatherapy and cosmetic chemistry; and started formulating natural products with cold pressed chia seed oil from her home in 2014.

Kiss Ready products are available in selected organic grocers and health shops in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra. The products are also sold in New Zealand and the Philippines through online distributors.



Rebecca Elepano – Sattwa Skincare

For over 10 years, after leaving her corporate role, Rebecca wanted to give back. Having an affinity for natural alternatives, she completed an aromatherapy massage study, and began making skincare when her son was a baby. She was acutely aware of baby product ingredients and wanted to create more natural offerings. Rebecca realised she needed more ‘me’ time and self-care. When you’ve a newborn, there’s not a lot of time for ‘you’.

Remembering how important it is to give yourself love, she has created processes and practices around the customer service she delivers to every client – everything is done with love of self, health and the planet. A big part of our culture is giving back – she donates 20% of promotional campaign sales to The Sisterhood.



Rebecca Miller – La Bella Medispa

The La Bella Medispa brand began in Parkes (NSW) in 2008, and has since extended to Medispas in both Orange (NSW) and Kingston (ACT). Having worked globally in the beauty and skin industry for over 25 years, Rebecca had a vision to bring world-class knowledge, education and experience to rural and regional women.

Rebecca’s purpose is to empower women to feel confident while educating them to love the skin they’re in, and she has built the foundation of her practice on this.

Acknowledging that knowledge is power, Rebecca has worked tirelessly over the last decade to become an industry leader and expert on skin health. This passion has extended to empowering and developing her talented team members  – creating opportunities for them within the business and mentoring these young women to reach their full potential.



Sandy Szabolics – Brow Couture by Sandy

Sandy Szabolics is a 36 year old driven women who lives in wodonga victoria with her 2 children (Mila 5 1/2 years old and Harper 2 1/2 years old) and husband Daniel. Sandy started as a beauty therapist 12 years ago and saw a niche in the cosmetic tattoo industry in the north east victoria. Through the years Sandy has worked with international trainers to bring the latest techniques and products from Europe to the north east victoria.

4.5 years later Sandy now owns and operates very successful cosmetic tattoo business in Albury NSW called Brow couture by sandy, there is a 12 week waiting list to get in to see Sandy and her 2 cosmetic tattooist (Emily and Michelle) who have been trained by Sandy, with locations in Wangaratta and Leeton. Currently Brow Couture by Sandy has expanded to include a professional cosmetic tattoo tool supplies to other tattooist in australia under the name Brow Pro.
