Abbe Bradbury – Dynamite Studios Australia

Dynamite Studios Australia (DSA) was established in 2007 to meet the growing need for quality dance training on the Gold Coast. DSA’s focus on student development, teamed with its premium line-­up of trainers, assessors and guest choreographers, has seen it grow and transform into a unique performing arts business. Its programs include a wide range of quality casual classes – beginners to professionals, performance teams, nationally accredited Certificate and Diploma courses and an innovative, on-­site performing arts high school, year’s seven (7) to twelve (12).



Angela Sanchez – Beautorium and Beauty Business Co

Beautorium  is Brisbane’s Northside Ultimate Beauty Destination. Providing flexible hours for the busy woman to escape to after work or when their kids are sleeping. A professional home business that offers privacy and a luxe atmosphere offering results driven treatments that gives the client the feeling of self care and confidence in their own skin. In its 5th Year of business, originally as a side hustle, working full time & having her son Emilio, Angela has built a loyal clientele that have supported her journey from the beginning.



Jessica Moore – Jayinem Makeup Mistress

Jayinem Makeup Mistress- she is an alter ego of her mum self, a confident and sassy woman who is using the power of makeup to bring out the alter egos in her clients. She believes every woman should feel powerful yet feminine and she encourages those around her to be the best versions of themselves while she strives to be the best version of herself.



Jordan Mcgregor – Bare and Boho

Jordan is 27 years old, and a wife, and a mama to her almost 3 year old son Hunter. Whilst studying International Relations at university, Jordan met her husband and decided to open two health food stores and a yoga studio and café with her family.  They were married, and fell pregnant, deciding to move to Tropical North Queensland for her husband’s career- selling their previous businesses on the Gold Coast so she could focus on motherhood and supporting her husband’s career progression.

However once her son came along, she began curating a collection of eco and reusable products based on issues and gaps she experienced as a new mother wishing to limit excessive family waste, and follow an organic and minimalist lifestyle. Since her launch, the business hit the ground running, with her launch video going viral overnight on Facebook with over 25,5000 views. From there, her products continue to sell out, are sold across the world, and she continues to design eco reusable items for families with the hope of reducing costs and waste in Australian households.



Karen Ormston – Petite Soul Sanctuary

Karen is a single mum of two amazing girls and after an engineering career of 20 years retrained as a Professional Life Coach, ThetaHealing Practitioner and Intuitive Guide.  Karen lives in Albany Creek just north of Brisbane and treasures her ‘me’ time and time with her supportive family, the family dog and wonderful friends. She has a love of the outdoors, especially the beach and the bush.

Karen is a kind-hearted, compassionate individual whose dream for each person is that they learn to love themselves unconditionally and have the world reflect this love. Karen is a self-love coach breaking down societal and generational myths about the art of loving oneself. Karen followed her dreams to serve others through the creation of Petite Soul Sanctuary.  The mission: to inspire young girls and women to nurture, love and honour the extraordinary within themselves and others.



Kate Stoter – Earthbound Images by Kate Stoter

Kate is a mum of three girls who artfully captures the beauty every time she looks through her lens. She loves to define moments in time, whether they are at weddings, with families or helping children who have been bullied feel better about themselves. She runs her business from home whilst caring for her three girls and her wonderful husband, Gavin.



Katie Lavercombe – Mums of Brisbane

Katie Lavercombe is a mum of four under six and the founder of Mums of Brisbane, a local media company on a mission to provide a supportive and safe space for local mums to come together both online and offline.

Katie started Mums of Brisbane after the birth of her 3rd baby in 2016. As the fog of new motherhood started to lift, Katie realised that once again, she was terribly lonely at home with the kids and decided to do something about it. Realising that corporate life just wasn’t compatible with the time and support she wanted to give her growing family, Katie launched Mums of Brisbane in April 2017 to an amazing response, and is continuing to grow it into a strong and reputable brand within the local area.



Lexi Crouch – Lexi Crouch

Lexi is a passionate Eating Disorder Advocate and change maker. Coming from a lived experienced of a serve 15 year battle of Anorexia Nervosa and spending a lot of her life in hospital, Lexi used her intense drive and turned her life around to make it work for her. Through her Yoga, blogging, nutrition and business background, Lexi vowed if she ever recovered she would give back and help others realise their potential as well. She is a mentor, hospital and conference key note speaker and facilitator as well as taking Eating Disorder clients for Yoga and lived experience consultations through personal branding. Lexi also works in Tech and is co-heading a company that is soon to realise and App to help carers support loved ones with Eating Disorders.  Lexi gets the message out recovery and life beyond Eating Disorders is possible.



Mel James – Social Care Solutions

Mel James started Social Care Solutions in 2009 simply with a desire to provide high quality independent foster care assessments to ensure better outcomes for children in care. The ability to work from home with flexible hours was a draw card when Mel was considering how she would raise a family while still remaining in her chosen career; a social worker in the child protection industry. Her drive to provide outstanding quality assessments, training and consultancy to government and not-for-profit agencies in the industry led her to where she is today; leading the Social Care Solutions team of more than 30 practitioners across three States, all of whom are equally as passionate as Mel about improving the everyday lives of children and young people involved in the foster care system.



Nadine McGrath – Nadine McGrath 

Nadine McGrath works with purpose-driven women leaders and changemakers to help them tell their story for greater exposure and impact. She has a diverse background in print, broadcast journalism, public relations and content marketing spanning almost two decades. As a champion of women in business, Nadine ensures women leaders have the opportunity to tell their story, build credibility and greater public visibility to grow their businesses. Women are still under-represented as sources in the media and Nadine has made it her mission to change this status-quo. She was inspired to start her business through the inspiring work of other women.  Nadine wanted to rise to impact the work of these women across areas such as STEM, law, psychology, social causes, business and education. Nadine says she feels honoured to be working with great women to help them tell their story and build their impact.



Naomi Arnold – Naomi Arnold

Naomi Arnold is an award-winning life + business coach, entrepreneur, writer, and researcher with a background in psychology, health and human rights. She helps big-hearted people bring to life the dreams they hold for themselves, their loved ones and the world at large. Naomi is also the co-creator of the Gentle Business Mastermind and the Conquer Coach Certification Program where she trains and mentors entrepreneurs and coaches in strategically building successful and profitable businesses in a gentle, socially conscious and sustainable way.



Renee Berry – Berry Vintage

My Name is Renee Berry, I am 31 years old, mother of one. I run a small business called Berry Vintage. We are a family run traveling wedding and event styling business specialising in Boho, vintage and rustic designs. I was a wildlife presenter and child care worker before having my baby. Once our little one came along, I wanted to start up a small hobby to be a stay at home mum. I began making some items and hiring them out of and styling kids parties Before my eyes it grew from being a hobby to a registered business. After one year, my hubby left his job also and came on board. At this point 90% of our events were weddings and this year we entered the ABIA awards where we took out first place in QLD for wedding hire!



Shar Moore – YMag®

Shar is a multi-international award-winning keynote speaker, author and mentor. Speaking all over the world inspiring those she meets to shift from existing to living by finding their Y. Launching Australia’s first personal development magazine YMag®, featuring everyday people doing amazing things. No gossip, celebrities or diets in sight. Shar was engaged at 11 years old to a man living overseas and knows first-hand how it feels to have her future dictated to her. When she was given the opportunity to choose her destiny, she realised that she needed to help other people find their purpose in life… their Y. And so she did. As a sought-after speaker, seen most recently in the media including Studio 10, WIN News, 7 News, Mama Mia and the likes, Shar is passionately raising funds for her charity partner in India. Providing a future for young rural girls.
