Angela Skrinos, Candy Stripes Australia

Candy Stripes Australia supplies wholesale children’s clothing to stores in Australia , Fiji and New Zealand. On the weekend Raglan Fashion Warehouse Sales opens direct to public from our 4 warehouse locations in fashion and beauty.

Angela is Hardworking, dedicated individual who enjoys giving back to the community through holding weekly competitions. She manufacturers children’s clothing at a price all family’s can afford so every child deserves to look amazing. She is a social media marketer and carries out many job roles within her company. Her family mum of three girls always comes first and manages to have a great balance between family and business. She started at the age of 19 her first business and has successfully been in business for 27 years. Angela loves to support and happy to share her knowledge with other businesses as she never had that support throughout her journey.



Julia Foyster, Tweed Real Food

Julia is mother to Eve (7) and Sam (5). As part of a 5th generation family farming business, she lives by ‘paddock to plate’, and where possible ‘seed to plate’.

Julia founded Tweed Real Food in April 2018 to share her passion for ‘real’ food. Under the brand Tweed Real Food Julia creates incredibly delicious seasonings that bring people together to enjoy life over great meals. From nut free Avo Smash dukkah, rubs and salts, to the famous Bourbon Maple Splash Balsamic Vinegar, all unique blends are hand crafted on Julia’s farm in the beautiful Northern Rivers. The products are 100% plant based and free from Gluten and any other Nasties. Ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible, like the Hemp Seed from their neighbouring farm or the vinegar base from South Australia.

Danielle works as a photographer from her home studio. A mum of 3 beautiful girls 6, 2, 10months. A midwife of 14years. With a love for babies and young children, she takes the time to capture precious images that can be cherished forever and passed down as heirlooms. Danielle gives back to the community by always saying yes to fundraisers. Also having had 3 miscarriages Danielle offers Rainbow maternity sessions complimentary.



Kylie Drew, Follow Your Dreams Competitions

Kylie Drew is the Director of Follow Your Dreams National Dance competitions in Australia, NZ, England, Scotland and Wales. The largest National dance competition in Australia. She started this business 24 years ago while teaching kindergarten and running her own dance studio. After her business exploded Nationally 3 years ago she was able to bring her husband on board with her and they now run this large business together while parenting their 4 children. Follow Your Dreams provides dancers of all ages with the opportunity for Personal growth, increased self-esteem and character building through a positive professional dance competition experience like no other.



Liljana Frey, Lillipop Beads

Liljana Frey is the owner, operator and head creator at Lillipop – an Australian business offering handmade teacher accessories with a specialisation in beaded lanyards. From its humble beginnings in mid-2017 as a rural-Queensland market stall, Lillipop has grown into the largest and most sought-after teacher accessory brand in both the US and Australia. It now operates as a multi-six-figure home business with customers around the globe, and each month a portion of proceeds is donated to charity.

Liljana is passionate about supporting other mums in business: she purchases wholesale handmade products from other Australian mumpreneurs, and hires stay-at-home-mum contractors to roll beads and assist in online customer service. Liljana also runs social media workshops for other women in business.



Mariana Boulos, The Well Store

Mariana is a mother to three gorgeously mischievous boys who keep her on her toes whilst juggling The Well Store. By trade she is an Assistant Principal, taking leave to nurse both her terminally ill parents in 2008. During this time Mariana began to research toxins and learnt our largest organ – the skin was by far a much more important part of our overall health and wellbeing just as much as food and water. Lists of toxin filled ingredients in daily products were impacting ones health and the environment, which led her to hunt for safer products for her family & friends, these were the humble beginnings of The Well Store. Launched in 2016, Mariana’s years of self-guided research & fierce passion for sharing safer and cruelty free alternatives led her down the path to educating consumers to safer products and choices packaged in sustainable & ecofriendly packaging.



Nicole Hurkens, Allstyle Business Solutions

Nicole is a mum of two little girls and a wife to a fourth-generation farmer. She not only runs her own business but also manages her father’s business since he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Nicole is passionate, stubborn, caring and driven. The combination of these characteristics means that Nicole can get the best outcomes for all herself, her family and clients. After being told by her previous employer that you can’t succussed in your career if you have a family and replaced three weeks postpartum with her first child. Nicole realised starting her own business, being her own boss and setting her own rules, she could deliver her purpose of helping people connect back with their business.

Rachel Neate, Preston Physiotherapy

Rachel is a mother of her adorable 18-month-old daughter, Lily. She started her Physiotherapy Practice in June of 2016. Rachel works in the practice full time as the Principal Physiotherapist, manages the practice and staff of 4 full time, and cares for her daughter, with her husband Rhys. Preston Physiotherapy started as a one room clinic within a massage practice, where Rachel worked alone treating for up to 60 hours a week as the business and her reputation grew. Now, the practice has recently moved to a larger location with four treatment rooms, a small gym and has three wonderful Physiotherapists, about to hire a fourth, and a delightful receptionist. The practice stared with one patient per week and now sees over 160 per week. In her “spare” time, Rachel is a keen cake maker, preparing fancy fondant covered cakes with handmade figurines for her family’s birthdays.



Tina McDonough, Three Little Boys

Three Little Boys is a business Tina started after having her third boy. Fashion has always been a passion of hers and five years later she successfully continues to run her online clothing store from home in Townsville, North Queensland. A few years after the business opened was when she started to work with a local graphic designer to design her own tee’s starting with kids designs. To diversify her business due to the tough kids clothing market it was then she decided to start designing Mum tee’s which have been super popular since launching. Tina is a huge supporter of small business and absolutely loves being her own boss. She continues to focus on producing more of their own TLB designs and stock a selection of Australian brands online.
