Nicole is the heart and soul of Radar Accounting, and she is the reason why people trust her business.



Stacey Dadd – Champagne and Gumboots

Stacey Dadd is the owner and baker of Champagne and Gumboots, an exclusively Gluten Free bakery specializing in sweet treats for Coeliac’s inspired by home-made desserts just like your grandma used to bake. One of the hardest parts of going gluten free is having to miss out, especially so at celebrations, where food is what unites us and brings us together. Creating treats so good they’ll never know they’re gluten free is Stacey’s focus, so that everyone can enjoy and be part of a gathering.

Champagne and Gumboots is not only providing custom gluten free cakes, cupcakes and treats for any celebration, but they are also focused on providing a way for anyone to reclaim their baking skills. Stacey’s new program ‘Reclaim your joy in the gluten free kitchen’ is a course designed to get people baking gluten free in an enjoyable, safe and delicious way.



Diana Smith – Books to Inspire

Diana Smith is a popular children’s author, whose books focus on growth, gratitude, resilience and kindness. Reviewed and celebrated by Maggie Dent, Diana has become a leader in helping children recognise their self-worth, build confidence and focus on their strengths while growing up in today’s fast paced digital climate. Her beautifully illustrated children’s books interweave old fashioned values with current findings regarding the benefits of raising gratitude focused children. Her business Books to Inspire is dedicated to bringing inspiring, captivating and educational stories to young readers around the world. With fans across the globe, from the USA to NZ, Diana Smith is often found hosting events, visiting day cares and primary schools and at story time in many libraries across WA.



Melanie Edge – Lion Fox & Co

Melanie is 35-year-old mum to three young children. After falling pregnant during her maternity leave with her third baby, she made the difficult decision to leave her position as a social worker. However, the thought of having two young children in day-care made the decision a lot easier to resign because of the high cost of day-care fees.

Melanie decided to take up photography, which firstly became a hobby but then evolved into a business. Having the ability to be creative is something that has always driven her because of its therapeutic capabilities. But photography didn’t fire her up until she came up with an idea to share a woman’s journey. It would showcase their personal body image story with their own words and powerful images to reflect those feelings. The movement #loveyourdamnself was born.



Karen Dennett – Engaging Education

Karen is a mum of three, teacher, app-developer, children’s book author and Founder of Engaging Education.  Karen is a creative, highly motivated, resilient and emotionally strong business woman who draws from being a mum to give her insight and inspiration to succeed.  Karen is always striving to be the very best that she can be as a mumpreneur and has achieved success despite and often as a result of the many challenges and obstacles she has faced.

Engaging Education provides meaningful learning experiences that connect young people with professionals with workshops and conferences that provide engaging contexts, activities and insights. With Digital Innovation funding, Karen has worked with a virtual team to create an app wireframe, resources and used research to adapt the business model that will empower teens across Australia and beyond to be enterprising and join a community of like-minded teens to become change makers.



Tracy McFie & Larissa O’Neill – Wyld Tribe

Wyld Tribe is centred around community, about promoting a culture of support, authenticity and empowerment. These truths create the basis of Wyld Tribe’s organisation, from the team to the greater Wyld Tribe community.  Women empowering women, encouraging and supporting each other to be the best versions of themselves.

Tracy & Larissa, both mothers & Tracy a Grandmother, are in service to the rising of women in our community.  Both having lived the FIFO life, we understood the need for women’s wellness & support through healthy constructive empowerment.
Wyld Tribe’s objective is to create events for women to be supported while working towards healing life lessons & challenges. Offering tools & spaces for self development & spiritual mindfulness. Promoting avenues for creating authentic change towards a healthy, more optimistic lifestyle. And to offer events which create positive, authentic feminine connection with a view towards self mastery, personal awareness & empowerment.



Naomi Amat – Living Life On The Spectrum

Naomi is a wife, proud mum of three and a passionate individual. She has the ability to see situations in ways many people wouldn’t and loves being able to share and educate how you can learn to turn obstacles into opportunities in all that you do.

Naomi leads by example. By using the challenges she is exposed to each day of her journey she puts her approach of turning obstacles into opportunities in her own life, and uses her learnings to educate coaching clients and members of her community in doing the same. Through Living Life on the Spectrum, Naomi aims to empower, teach and inspire carers/parents on the Autism journey. Naomi does this through one on one coaching sessions, blogs, vlogs thought-provoking posts and interactions in her awesome global Facebook community of over 16,000 parents/carers.



Demelza Leonard – DL Social 

Demelza Leonard is a Marketing Connoisseur, Media Presenter, Creative Thinker and Music & Pop Culture Enthusiast. She is mum to a 2.5 year old son and wife of a well-known Perth DJ.

After working in Corporate Retail & Property Management in the field of Marketing for over 4 years, Demelza decided to take the leap and create DL Social – a Marketing Consultancy that specialises in Social Media, Marketing, Promotions and Publicity. DL Social saw there was a gap in the market for guidance and management help in Social Media at that time and launched the business in November of that year.

Along with the consultancy, Demelza is also the Music Presenter for long running light entertainment programme The Couch (airing Foxtel Aurora Channel) and the brains behind online radio station Boss Mode Radio, a station dedicated to small business owners, freelancers and women in business.



Stacey Murray – The Resume Creative

Stacey Murray, founder of The Resume Creative, is a mum of two boys (5 and 1y/o) and a Certified Advanced Resume Writer. Matching people with meaningful employment has always been her passion.

Stacey is not your average resume writer; in 2018, she became one of only 16 resume writers in Australia to earn international Certified Advanced Resume Writer (CARW) status. Stacey’s services include career and professional writing (resumes/CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn and professional profiles) for Australian and international clients. She’s been featured in social media, magazines and radio, and delivers workshops, interviews and articles on resume, job search and employment topics to help others achieve their absolute best. Furthermore, she’s launched an online course to provide quality and accessible advice to return-to-work mothers, and has partnered with local community groups to share her knowledge for the economic betterment of her community.



Kirstin Dunn – Semple Property Group

Kirstin Dunn opened Semple Property Group in 2013 with her mum Soulla. She was 37 weeks pregnant with her first son who was the first of three babies she has had since opening SPG. The business was a combination of two years studying for her Real Estate licence and her nine years of experience working in a large Real Estate office. Semple Property Group is a medium sized Real Estate agency specializing in Residential Sales and Property Management. The business is client focused and Semple Property Group – 80% of our business is repeat clients or referrals. We have a 4.8/5 average review from 113 clients. Customer satisfaction is the corner stone of everything they do. Semple Property Group went from working around the dining table, to renting a small space, to purchasing a factory unit in Cockburn Central and building a beautiful 210sqm double story premise.



Emily Smith – Be Think Do Coaching

Emily Smith is a self-employed mindset coach living in rural Western Australia, who works with women all over the world, empowering them with tools to live their best lives. She is a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Timeline Therapist, Educator/Speaker, Personal Trainer and Mum of two.

As a mental illness survivor, Emily spent years looking for ways to improve her own mindset, which ultimately led her to start her own business to help other women do the same. Her business, recently renamed Be Think Do Coaching, offers a range of services both face to face and online. These services are designed to work with women to create and live the life they truly want and deserve. This is achieved through workshops, online courses, one-to-one coaching and group coaching.



Alison Bannister – Alison Bannister Career Coaching

Alison Bannister Career Coaching was launched after Alison’s 3 little boys started full- time school in 2018… It was time to unleash her ‘Mumpreneur Power’! Providing dedicated Career Coaching & Free Career Workshops for participants from all backgrounds, including Australian Defence Force Spouses in WA, and ‘Return to Work Mums’, it is Alison’s passion to help women secure employment and ultimately achieve success in their chosen career. With over 30 years specialist knowledge gained in Recruitment, HR and Business Development, Alison strives to help participants with Resume Writing, Interview Preparation & Job Searching strategies to maximise new and existing opportunities.

Alison provides family-friendly, Career Coaching services throughout Perth, where Mums can bring their children.

She has recently published her first children’s book: ‘Johnny the Leprechaun – Breaking school Rules!’ and undertakes voluntary work as Secretary to registered charity Adopt-A-School – who raise funds for disadvantaged children to attend school in Bali.
