What was the inspiration behind starting this business?

Julia started the FB Group, Lash Tribe, out of the need to get more information for her own business, and after she saw how much need was there, she made it her mission to bring the best of the best in training and trainers to the whole world, unite stylists and create successful and award winning pro lash artists.

What are you most excited about in your business?

To help others start their own business and overcome fear of failure and imposter syndrome.

What has been the most challenging thing about starting your business?

To wear too many hats and realizing that it’s ok to ask for help in the early days.

What advice would you give to other women thinking about starting a business?

Do what you love and you will love what you do.

Business is not always easy. It will stretch you in many ways. Imposter syndrome will kick in, doubt and fear of not being good enough or deserving enough. But if you plan and work with a clear purpose & plan, anything is possible.

Why did I enter the AusMumpreneur Awards?

I love the event and the community first of all and I also entered to prove to myself that all my hard work can win awards. It’s a great feeling as well.

What did you enjoy the most about being part of the awards?

The community for sure and all the inspirational women sharing the stage. I learnt a lot and made great connections with so many like-minded humans.

What surprised you most about the awards?

How many ladies were actually in the room. It was a massive event!

How did the awards help you in your business?

Confidence and a new fire in my belly to do even better next year.

I have also connected with certain humans that I am meeting with and even was invited to speak at an event in 2023.

What advice would you give to other mums thinking about entering the awards?

Do it! You don’t know what is possible if you don’t give it a try. You will make amazing connections! you will be surrounded with the right people and many of them will see more in you than you see in yourself.

They will stretch your capability and they will make you develop into more.

What has been the best thing about starting your own business?

Helping others grow personally and professionally.

What’s happening next in your business?

I have recently been certified as a business coach by Mindvalley and will be adding a lot more spiritual guidance and Mindset work in my trainings. I will also be doing a lot more speaking engagements again and hire a few trainers from other countries.

What are your big plans for the future?

To help at least 100 humans and small business owners by 2025 to shift their Mindset and grow their business with my new Coaching program.
