As the Co-Founder of ORATEL Network Solutions, I love to bring positive change. At ORATEL I focus on strengthening to make IT and HR areas better, and we’ve won great awards for our work. I’ve also written multiple books and trained as an NLP Coach to help others grow. My own story of migrating to a new country and being a business mom makes me really care about helping other women do well in their careers. I’m part of a global team of coaches, and I often write articles online. I hope we can connect and help each other succeed.

January 2018
What was the inspiration behind starting this business?
Choice and to be in a space where I can be more creative without worrying about running my own kitchen. I have always been wanting to make my own choices. I wanted to be financially free and business can do this for me.
What are you most excited about in your business?
Continuous Growth and Hunger for doing better each day
What has been the most challenging thing about starting your business?
Developing business skills, staying positive and consistent during hard times
What advice would you give to other women thinking about starting a business?
Take action and you will get better with time. You can only progress by doing the things not just by thinking about it
Why did you enter the AusMumpreneur Awards?
I believe they are prestigious awards recognising the efforts of mothers in business and creating a community of like-minded women who have more or less similar problems. Being recognised as a winner has set higher standard for my future goals and awards really push us forward towards growth and excellence.

I think the level of encouragement and support that I received from fellow mums in business. This is incredible

What advice would you give to other mums thinking about entering the awards?
They should, the whole process from entering to the awards, going through the interviews and most exciting part is meeting so many other like-minded women is just remarkable. They get to learn a lot of cool stuff.
What has been the best thing about starting your own business?
Challenge. Whenever we face a challenge growth happens.

We are going global and diversifying our portfolio in technology and digital space

I am serial entrepreneur and definitely looking forward to building more businesses in the future, at the same time helping others to launch their businesses
