When did you start your business?

What was the inspiration behind starting this business?
Emma started My Mummy initially in 2020 when she was looking for her tribe. She did not fit in an any of the mum groups and did not like any of the business groups so she started her own
What are you most excited about in your business?
Seeing woman claim their worth and build the life they have been desiring without guilt.
What has been the most challenging thing about starting your business?
To keep pushing forward when a woman gives up on herself. Whenever a woman says she is willing to give up on herself dreams I have to dig a little deeper to find a way to show her the light
What advice would you give to other women thinking about starting a business?
Never give up and be willing to fail and still move forward

To meet and support more incredible women in business
What did you enjoy the most about being part of the awards?
The connections. We have made so many incredible connections including partnerships, collaborations, new clients, new suppliers and new friends
What surprised you most about the awards?
It always fills my cup to see women whole heartedly supporting other women. No competition, just all rising together
How did the awards help you in your business?
Exposure and lots and lots of great content
What advice would you give to other mums thinking about entering the awards?
It’s such a great investment personally and financially, you have to get involved
What has been the best thing about starting your own business?
Getting to make the rules. In corporate I hated been bound by someone else’s morals and values.
What’s happening next in your business?
Huge expansion in Australia before hitting the USA and UK market. We will also be launching a sister company with our own leadership and NLP certification next year

To talk on the worlds best stages and to author multiple books
