Rachel established Allara Support Services in 2020 after having worked in disability services since 2008. Rachel aimed to create an organisation that focussed on the individual as a person with hopes, dreams and challenges to overcome – creating & leading a team with a culture of honesty, vulnerability and true compassion. Rachel has created an exceptional NDIS support business providing care to individuals with complex needs, advocating for inclusion and creating an innovative 24/7 onsite concierge support model. Rachels work at Allara Support Services was recognized by the National Disability Leadership Organisation and became one of the finalists for its Leadership Award. Rachel has been working on different networking and development programs for NDIS providers and professionals, one of which is the first-ever NDIS Provider Retreat in Bali alongside other professionals in the same space. Rachel is also a co-host of the Provider’s Playbook podcast with Chris (NDIS Ninja).
