When did you start your business?

2016.

What was the inspiration behind starting this business?

My own personal growth, wanting to live a life filled with meaning and purpose lead me to solo travel about the world. My time alone gave me space and insights on how to live a healthy life. My business is a reflection of my self-discovery journey – how to have good mental health, emotional health, spiritual and physical wellbeing.

What are you most excited about in your business?

Empowering, Inspiring, and serving people.

What has been the most challenging thing about starting your business?

Close of international travel.

What advice would you give to other women thinking about starting a business?

Business is a reflection of who you are. You need to invest in yourself first before you invest in your business.

Why did you enter the AusMumpreneur Awards?

My business needed the recognition.

What did you enjoy the most about being part of the awards?

The learning experience, the analysis of my business, and meeting other amazing mothers in business.

What surprised you most about the awards?

My biggest surprise was how much my community believed in me and supported me.

How did the awards help you in your business?

It connected my community and me together, It gave my business recognition and it helped me get more speaking opportunities.

What advice would you give to others mums thinking about entering the awards?

Definity Go for it. It is an amazing experience and a powerful shift of self believe.

What’s happening next in your business? Any big plans for the future?

My biggest next step is helping more people Globally with their personal growth and self-development which helps with their business development as well.
