When did you start your business?
It’s been 20 years now
What was the inspiration behind starting this business?
To empower leaders and organisations to be the very best they can, removing their blocks and becoming fearless and limitless.
What are you most excited about in your business?
Watching the transformation of people who have gone through training and development through my training Academy. I also love pushing the boundaries. There is absolutely nothing that we cannot achieve. As long as you can see what you want, you will always find a pathway to achieve it. I love watching women flourish and succeed.
What has been the most challenging thing about starting your business?
When I started my business all those years ago, there was no social media there was no emailing there was no Google. All you had was your reputation. And if your reputation was compromised and you liked integrity those businesses are still not operating today. I built my entire business around my integrity and reputation, which obviously built my entire brand and had me in huge demand with lots of corporate organisations and people wanting to work with me all the time.
What advice would you give to other women thinking about starting a business?
Don’t worry about having an entire roadmap and plan. This is actually not the secret to a successful business. All you need to do is see the first steps, start where your feet are today and the rest of the steps will appear once you take inspired action to move towards your goals. Create a business that truly sparks your joy. Create a business with your deepest desires in mind. Most entrepreneurs who design a business around what they purely love other ones who become most successful. Because if you’re loving what you do, you can build an empire
Why did you enter the AusMumpreneur Awards?
I loved every think about these awards, what they stand for and how empowering they were. I knew these were the awards I wanted to be part of

Oh that’s easy for me, I absolutely loved the interview process. I think this add something unique and shows a lot of integrity about the awards. Those judges of the real heroes of these awards.
What surprised you most about the awards?
How many people entered! It a lot a lot about the reputation of the awards.
How did the awards help you in your business?
I thoroughly enjoyed the questions and putting your whole business on paper, pulling it apart and looking back over the last 12 months makes you feel very proud as a business owner of what you’ve accomplished and achieved.
What advice would you give to other mums thinking about entering the awards?
Oh that’s simple, don’t procrastinate. Don’t think that your business is not ready, and also don’t think that your business is too good to enter awards! These awards are great for any female in business who wants to continue to challenge herself.
What has been the best thing about starting your own business?
The flexibility for me. Both for myself and my team while we are extremely busy, we always put our Homelife before our working life. This has been the success to team culture and sustainability. We have to work so that we can live our best life, not the other way around.
What’s happening next in your business?
